It has been proven that a well designed conditioning program can benefit any sport or specialized activity which requires a certain level of physical demands. The programs I construct contain the highest levels of transference (carry over) benefiting all bio-motor abilities: strength, endurance, stability, mobility, speed, agility, and power. With the addition of a new performance vision component the programs are even more comprahensive . From competitive ball room dancers and defensive lineman, to equestrian riders, I will help facilitate improved performance and injury prevention.
